We specialize in luxury private villas — our primary focus — but also manage a select portfolio of vacation apartments in Cap Cana, Bávaro, Punta Cana Resort and Vista Cana. Villas of 4 to 12+ bedrooms receive our full luxury management program.
How much does property management cost?+
Our management fee is a percentage of monthly rental revenue — agreed transparently upfront. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. Contact us for a personalized proposal based on your specific property.
How long does onboarding take?+
From signing the agreement to going live on all platforms typically takes 2 weeks. This includes the property visit, professional photography, listing creation and platform configuration.
Can I block dates for personal use?+
Absolutely. Your villa remains yours. You can block any dates for personal use at any time — we simply close those dates across all platforms. Just give us advance notice so we can manage the calendar accordingly.
How do you handle guest damage or issues?+
We conduct a full inspection before and after every stay. Any damage is documented and the security deposit is used for repairs. We also work with Airbnb's AirCover program which provides additional host protection for major incidents.
How and when do I receive my earnings?+
Earnings are transferred to your account monthly, accompanied by a detailed report showing all bookings, platform fees, management fees and net income. We are fully transparent about every dollar that flows through your property.
